To Our Valued Glo Members & Clients

We have re- opened our doors and will continue taking clients by appointment only.  At Natural Glo, we have remained diligent throughout the pandemic to protect public health by providing essential at-home tanning products. Additionally, we have always made cleanliness and sanitation our highest priority in our salon, and we will continue upholding those standards.

We want to assure you that we are not letting our guard down in the fight against COVID-19. In fact, we are more committed than ever to keep our clients safe and healthy. 

We want to share with you the many measures we have implemented in our store in conjunction with recommendations from public health agencies, such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health departments. It’s important to us that you know what to expect from Natural Glo Airbrush Artistry during this time.  

Below are some of our key policies currently in place

  • Team members who exhibit symptoms or have been exposed to potentially compromised individuals are required to stay home

  • Disposable gloves and protective masks are being utilized by all team members

  • Clients must bring a mask upon their appointment (mask may be removed during the application session)

  • Disposable undergarments, hair caps, makeup wipes and hair ties are available upon request

  • Each tanning room to be disinfected after every client (standard policy)

  • Frequent touch-points are routinely sanitized following each client interaction

  • Sanitation stations will be available at the front and back entrance of the salon

  • Social distancing (6 feet between individuals) is enforced

  • Only 6 people, including artist and / or clients, are allowed in a store at any one time

  • Extended appointment times for each client to ensure proper sanitation 

  • Curbside pickup service is available and encouraged for sunless tanning products

  • Contactless payment methods are encouraged
